- Hospital-employed, full-time position in Arizona
- 1:5 call ratio with dedicated PA support and 1-week block scheduling
- Dedicated PA assigned to each neurosurgeon for clinic, OR, rounds, and call
- 4 dedicated neurosurgical ORs with intraoperative CT and neuronavigation
- da Vinci Xi Robot on-site; well-established 30-year practice
- 100+ provider referral network supporting high surgical volume
- J-1/H-1B visa negotiable; board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO welcome
